  • If your city isn’t on the list, you can still participate from the one closest to you.
  • The participant gives permission for the use of her personal information, such as images and videos, with the exception of her address, phone number, and e-mail, which the competition’s organizer may use for promotional and commercial purposes.
  • Each contestant agrees to fill out the questionnaire with accurate information. The contestant will be disqualified from the event at the discretion of the organizing committee in the event that they provided false information or failed to comply with their obligations under these rules.
  • The participant confirms her authorship and guarantees that she has all required rights and permissions in relation to the provided photos and videos, as well as that the participant has no obligations to third parties (including the authors/other rights holders), which prevent and/or make it impossible for the legitimate use of the materials by the event organizers. This is done by submitting photos and videos for participation in the event. The organizer is not liable for assertions made by third parties regarding the authorship of photos or videos that participants send for compliance and event participation.
  • By entering the event, the contestant gives the organizer permission to use her image for promotional purposes for the event and other events the organizer is hosting (charitable, social, cultural, social, etc.) without compensating the contestant. Additionally, a member who has participated in the event from its inception must either give the organizer full exclusive rights to utilize any photos and recordings they provide or create during the contest and within three years following its conclusion.
  • In order to participate in the event fully, the participant must freely alienate to the organizer the author’s exclusive right to all photos and videos sent to them, as well as all photos and videos captured during the event. This exclusive right may be used for reproduction, distribution by selling or other alienation of its original or copies, public display, import and export of the original or copies for distribution, rental, and other uses. The organizer is granted sole ownership of all images and recordings for the duration of the event, with no limitations on usage elsewhere in the globe. The Organizer has the right, in its sole discretion, to license the use of images or films after acquiring the exclusive right to them or to alienate the exclusive right to them to third parties.
  • The competition’s organizer disclaims liability for any photo or video copies or distributions made by outside parties from the competition’s website. The event organizer is not responsible for any losses incurred by contestants as a result of their participation. The event’s organizer is unable to prevent third parties (or other Internet users) from accessing the photos and videos posted on the event’s website or from taking any actions that the participant would find objectionable (such as copying, downloading, or later editing the images for personal use). As a result, the participant accepts full responsibility for any actions that result from this.
  • Participants in the event give the organizer permission to use their images and videos without mentioning their real names (or pseudonyms), the name of their organization, their logo, their trademarks, their commercial designation, or the domain name of their website.
  • Granting permission for using personal data.
  • A jury will be chosen by the organizing committee to judge the competition performances in the final. The jury will be made up of invited visitors as well as qualified professionals (politicians, artists, athletes, etc.). Members of the Jury are not permitted to be from the Organizing Committee.
  • The jury will assess each finalist’s performance, and the results will be used to make the decision.
  • The organizing committee will be given full access to all jury sessions.
  • The Jury’s members each get one vote.
  • Before the official announcement, the Jury has no right to reveal the competition’s outcomes.
  • The Jury’s judgment is final and cannot be contested.
  • The organizing committee reserves the right to remove from the list of competitors those who provided false information (or failed to provide additional information and documents for their confirmation), failed to carry out the competition’s schedule of activities, violated the competition’s rules and regulations, damaged the reputation of the competitor, failed to carry out the competition’s program of preparation, and so forth.
  • The tournament program may alter at any time throughout the competition at the discretion of the organizing committee. The competition preparation procedure resulted in the final approval of the holding and filling of the final show and a portion of the competition schedule.
  • The organizing committee has the authority to unilaterally modify these guidelines without providing participants with written notice by posting an updated version of these guidelines online.
  • The event’s organizer has exclusive rights to any photos, videos, films, and printed materials created under his direction for the preparation and administration of the competition.
  • Entries for the event will be accepted starting on July 22 and running until August 31.
  • The final jury activity will take place on September 24, 2022.
  • The winners of the Miss Face of Humanity India event will be revealed on September 30, 2022.
  • The MFOH India winner will fly abroad to attend the international competition.
  • Provided the relevant embassy grants the required travel authorizations within the specified time period.
  • Top 10 shortlisted candidates to serve as unpaid brand ambassadors for the sponsor’s Suffderma etc.
